History of #6715
Lost on 26 April 1965 near Borone, CA. Killing civilian pilot: Eugene Edens. Edens was practicing carrier landings at Edwards AFB, CA. when one wing dropped hit the ground hard, the a/c bounced back into the air. When the a/c rolled over and dove into the ground, Edens ejected but not in time and was killed.
